At Shiv Prakashan, we strive to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition through careful packaging and quality checks. However, if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

For Damaged Items:

If any product is received in a damaged or faulty condition, kindly email us clear images of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Upon receiving and verifying the details, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment.

Please note: We no longer offer replacements. Only refunds will be processed for valid return claims. If the item is found eligible for a return, the refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.

General Returns (Non-Damaged Items):

If you decide to return a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. In such cases, you may choose to receive a refund of the same amount. Shipping charges for such returns will not be refunded.
